Do I need a passport?

Yes — a valid passport is required for all Well Mama 365 Retreat getaways, including cruises. For domestic travel by plane, train, or bus, a Real ID–compliant driver’s license or identification card is also required under U.S. federal law. We recommend confirming current TSA and destination requirements well in advance.

Must be 25+ to attend. One mama + one child (ages 2–4) per registration.

Note: This experience is thoughtfully curated for mamas 25+ with toddlers ages 2–4, to foster connection, ease, and shared values. If you're a younger mama (21+) and feel aligned with this retreat, you're warmly welcome to join us.

What if I have more than one child?

We intentionally keep our retreats small—with just 10 spots—to create an intimate, supportive, and personalized environment. This size allows for deep connections between moms, focused attention during activities, and a calm, manageable pace that suits both moms and little ones.

Currently, each booking is for one mama plus one child aged 2 to 4. This helps us maintain a balanced ratio and ensures every child receives appropriate care and attention during our adventures.

What will we eat?

Our retreats feature a delicious variety of menu options designed to delight both moms and little ones. Cruises typically offer diverse dining experiences—from casual meals to fine dining—ensuring there’s something for everyone. We will also coordinate with the cruise kitchen to accommodate special dietary needs, including allergies, preferences, and nutritional requirements, so you and your child can enjoy every meal with peace of mind.

What if I’m not sure about cruising?

Trying something new—like a cruise—can feel both exciting and a little uncertain, but often it’s those first-time experiences that create the most unforgettable memories for you and your child. Many of our guests will be first-time cruisers, while others are seasoned travelers, so you’ll be in great company.

If cruising isn’t your preference, no worries! We’ll also offer destination-based adventures on land so you can still join the fun and make lasting memories with your little one.
